If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you must terminate your session and cease usage of the simulation environment immediately.
2. Scope of Online Fishing Simulation
Our platform provides a digital winter adventure platform dedicated to high-fidelity experiences. These services include:

- Frozen Lake Mastery
- Tundra Hook Challenge
- Glacial Catch Quest
Note: These environments utilize physics-first simulation logic to mimic arctic fishing scenarios but do not represent real-world physical survival training.
3. Entertainment Only Clause
Spirit of Andaluz is a play-for-fun platform. We do not facilitate any form of wagering, real-world financial payouts, or economic gain activities. All virtual equipment, trophies, and points earned during a fishing world expedition have zero real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency or goods outside the simulation environment.
4. Intellectual Property
The visual design, proprietary code, and environmental assets of the arctic fishing simulations are the exclusive property of Spirit of Andaluz. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interact with the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction of frozen waters imagery or mechanical data from our interactive fishing game without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
